Whats brancaster like for us windsurfers? Few of us from Brog are try to get a day at the coast and its all looking crap for the south
coast.
high tides at Brannie: sat - 09.35, sun 10.20, so big walks in the afternoon!
On Two wheels for me this weekend with the Bromsgrove Bikeathon !
28 miles riding whilst raising a little money for Leukemia Research.......
COUNT ME IN DUDE'S
estuary at borth on saturday, thats were i'm heading
Wind looks pretty crap here for the weekend now!...Forecasts seem to suggest NE 4-6 knots on Saturday at the moment... Still, it can
only get better than that as the forecasts change!!
Al.
Spoke to Dunk yesterday and he is heading over to Brancaster as well I think.
Al.
forecasts looking poor everywhere..
no doubt i'll have to hit the cable wakeboarding park in MK tomorrow afternoon for some slider action!
Its all looking pants everywhere think im just gonna go to work on saturday and earn some pennies
Checked out various forcasts this morning, and (for what they're worth) about the only place that seems remotely promising is Lligwy.....

think its nowhere for this saturday looking at the forcast or lack of it! will be diy ,lucky us all!!!!!
fingers and everything else crossed for next weekend!!!!!!!
I guess it is about time we did some DIY though, there seems to be plenty of it stacking up. I've been meaning to paint the soffits
since we built the house but haven't got around to it and now that Morgan is just beginning to crawl it looks as though it is time to
start baby-proofing the entire house which is another job for the weekend... Along with some gardening and a couple of 'proper' work
jobs that I have scheduled.
I think we need a DIY forum here for helpful hints and tips!!
Al.
keep praying for next week Al!
dont like DIY at the best of times ,but when it is interferring with the kitesurfing then its bad!!!!!
I'll do my best, although it isn't looking that great... I'm still half hoping for a sneaky NEly session in the estuary tomorrow...
Hopefully the same as last weekend!!!

Oooh... hold onto your paintbrushes, it seems to be picking up now!!
Al.
damn, and i'd just dipped it in the white gloss!
Thats the spirit bucski... Have a few pints at the same time so theres no chance of you getting out and the wind might just
materialise!
Al.
it was windy last night. was gonna do a derek and strap my bike lights to the kite.
maybe later
DIY it is then
Just been out for a a quick hour nicely powered (15 knots) with the 15m kite and 125 board in the estuary. The wind soon dropped off
again though... Who knows, it might come back again later.
Al.
missed it
its puoring down here in brum! just done the tesco run and took hours.
it's howling here 9m weather, just done my first 900 invert to blind....
.oh hang on i was dreaming again its all these paint fumes coming off the forums
boys boys boys! do a leo, go become cable monkeys!
Its fine here... Just been out for another kitesurf session along with Chris and a few others and then once the wind picked up went for
a quick blast windsurfing as well.
Al.
all turned out nice again. gota love this place.
Yep, certainly did... Saturday was good in the estuary, a couple fo kitesurf sessions and a windsurf session and managed to do some
gardening work and therefore earn some money in between whilst the wind eased off for a while.
Sunday was sunny and looked likely to be windless so I managed to get two coats of paint on the soffits and then all of a sudden a nice
NW sea breeze filled in for a gorgeous well powered kitesurf session until it reached around 18 knots and I got too overpowered so went
windsurfing instead. Unfortunately the wind did as quickly as it arrived so the windsurf didn't come to much.... Quite a productive
weekend really, especially as there was no wind forecast.
