being as some-one always starts a thread with whos out this weekend, when i'm saveing the world, i thought i'd start one so whos coming to play this friday as its looking good
Not me I shouldn't think, if it doesn't rain I'll be working from 8am-9pm
Grrrrrrr.....
Al.
col, I'll come over this fri - late sesh if the wind is looking good - should be on the beach by 5 if you're still there.
just to add, if it stays northerly might be worth going to llanrystud just down the coast which faces north, paul, other tim and me kited it a while back, much less gusty than borth in a northerly.
will be around friday afternoon for a bit of kiting. see ya on the beach
Think Ive got some one in for a 1 on 1 lesson, at least Ill be on the beach. Boo Hoo its looking good!
Emma and I should be about this weekend, probably Saturday morning.
See you then
MK
no hope for wind on saturday guys.
wont be around this weekend, snowboarding things to do.have a good one on sunday!
Sorry to say this this but Im hopping for no wind on Saturday
Ive booked to go out wreckfishing from Poole but if its windy we won't be able to get right out in the english channel where the good
wrecks are
Sorry people!
Very tempted by Friday, jsut got the small matter of a dissertation to finish writting, but i guess its all about priorities!
Umm, doesn't look to promising for Saturday does it, and then 30knots on Sunday, GREAT!?
Somewhere in between the two would be nice
Later
Mark
hey this is the friday thread!! not the saturday sunday thread..bugger off
30 knots on Sunday... Cool, where did you get that from... But, just to stay on topic, I might be able to join you tomorrow on the
beach...as long as it is raining... It should be OK windwise, but not great, those Northerlies don't alwasy make it to the beach at
Borth, but you'll be able to see them teasing you a few miles offshore!!
Al.
going to make a last minute descision looks like it might kick in at 1 ish but ive got to be back in brum for 7 , so its a long way to drive for a two hour sail...bugger
You Friday guys going to Llanrystud (never heard of it)or Borth ?
May take a drive down myself - got a day off & seems a shame to waste it at home....
If you're off to Llanrystud make sure you check the tide first. There's no beach at high, especially springs. It's not ideal for the
learners amongst you, even at lowest tide, take it steady...
I'm at the BKSA meeting this weekend in Hayling. Typically no wind there. Bugger....
will be looking for wind tomorrow. llanrhystud is possible. there is no beach at high tide but there is a field. you just need to be
able to stay up wind. any takers if there is no wind in borth let me know.
can't find this 30 knot forcast for sunday hope your right.
laters

what ist off tomorrow cause i'm not coming..

X fingers tommorow is doing it. Just found a spot 10 mins from Aberdyfi that is bang on shore in a northerly. I shall report back on my progress!!
doh for me too, can't make fri now, double booked myself, bummer
looks like i'll have to play on my jack jones. although its pissing down so i'm sure Al will on the beach when the wind decides to
blow. only rain at the mo.
shem, sounds interesting.
