i wont be out as ive got a stress fracture in my heal and chipped a bone to boot got to see orthopedic surgeon tomorrow..only been kiting for a week on it..


worst bit is i'll be out of action for some time and when i come back my standards will have dropped, still be better than shem though

just had xrays back from hospital ..i'm outta action for about three weeks depends how it heals up..stress fracture and soft tissue damage to left heal just got to rest it etc...doh

looks like the bathroom is actually 99%.....erm 97%. just got to fit the shower spray panel and bath panel surrounds oh and then seal the bath to the tiles, 95%.
so should make it friday if not the afternoon.

Doesn't look windy enough for races.. Looks as though I shall be kitesurfing judging by the forecast at the mo..... And if I remember correctly last time it was windy enough you didn't stand a chance!!!
