Dudes, spoke with master MNeil Bluebbeard a few minutes ago and he reckoned it was blowing about 6.3m airblast SW'er this afternoon! Then saw Shem's diary entry for dfui lagoon and it was only 8knts there! Weird stuff man...perhaps the estaury tide has something to do with it...never thought that there could be such a massive difference over less than about 2-3km!

It's blowing alright!

It picked up at about 3.30 yesterday afternoon and is set to stay around 18 knots plus for today (thurs). I haven't ventured out of the van yet but it's rocking already!

Its always doing the wierd wind thing. About a month ago, every one was grovelling on 17 at ynys las, and we where maxing on 11s and 13s, wierd!!
