And I have thought about the smaller in the winter thing and have opted for a special heater for that region so that I can impress her when I get out the water!

So where was everyone today??? It was howling all morning, and the sun even came out a few times. I'm still ill and couldn't get out, but it looked pretty much perfect.

The wind looks set to fill in again overnight with some stonking NE's and shold hang around for tomorrow morning again. And as it's NE may even last into the afternoon in the estuary. Should be a little chilly as well, but nothing too bad (2-3¬?C tomorrow).

I just hope I'll feel well enough to mkae the most of it tomorrow, I've missd too many days this week through being ill.

Anyone else around tomorrow??

I might be over with the family tomorrow. Haven't checked the forecast yet but now the proud temporary owner of the in laws' camper, which needs a test run!

will be up in the morning thinking the estury will be kiteable from about 11 ish, what do you think Al as you are the man at the scene

Yep, the tides are pretty small at the mo, so if theres wind the estuary should be more than kiteable by 11. It'll probably be Ok in the channels before that.

The wind has gone NE already, and should start filling in soon... keep your fingers crossed, and bring lots of neoprene!.. There may even be some snow tonight on the hills.

Well, there was still loads of wind first thing this morning, but it just stopped at around 8.30am.... Still about 15 knots in the estuary though at the moment.

Just been for a walk down to the estuary... there enough water, and plenty of wind.
