I am considering buying an XTC kite and I need to know if they fly stable or if they fold up like a jellyfish. Please let me know if you have any insight. Thanks.
xtc??? never eard of em, didn't they used to be a band in the 80's?
I sent these people a payment for one of their XTC kite packages in the first week of September and still nothing. No kite no board.
Just excuses and empty promisses and outright lies... I don't think I am getting this kite ever, so be warned - if you are buying
direct from XTC Australia, they are either in a financial trouble about to go under or something else but they don't deliver on their
sales at this time. It's your money, don't waste it like me...

sounds to me like Ol' Brucie is totallly dodge bruuuuuu
Hey 10spot, pobox usa
We bought a kite from XTC Australia, and it arrived finally after 2 months or more (we live in Australia !!) ...
They are a start-up company and are having some major teething problems, I think they launched their product before they got the basics
sorted like scheduling manufacturing and distribution (they took three weeks to find a freight company)
So I think you will get it eventually, otherwise you'll get your money back (they are bound by Australian Trade Practices Act). They
have a 3 month no questions asked money back guarantee which is reassuring.
We haven't been able to put it through its paces as it's been too bloody hot, stinger season, and unpredictable winds this time of year
up north. I'll let you know how it flies.

Well, whatever the kites are like it sounds as though the people supplying them aren't worth dealing with.
A quick search for XTC Kites on Google brings this thread up in 3rd place so I guess they'll be out of business soon.
