Wednesday 5th February - walks ***** – Around Felixstowe – sunny with light winds.

Walk 1 – toddlers with Maeva then prom..

After getting up for two sunrises in a row I had a day off and had a welcome lay-in which did not last long as we had a message asking if we could have Maeva for the day. She has not been a 100% of late but she seemed OK so we decided to go to the Wednesday toddlers at Trinity Church that we have visited for many years since our boys were babies! So we walked there in lovely winter weather, wall to wall sunshine with light winds, we had a cuppa and a chat with some old neighbours while Maeva played with the buggies and dolls! We then headed down to the prom and had a bit of a run about on the beach before heading for home for a quick bit to eat as Mag has an appointment at the hospital for a back exercise class which meant I was going to have Maeva by myself for an hour which might be interesting as Maeva is joined at the hip with Mag!

Walk 2 – Prom with Maeva by myself:).

So we all headed out again in the sunshine at 1.15 heading towards Felixstowe hospital where Mag snicked off and I continued down past Harvest House with Maeva not bothered that Mag had disappeared:) We then ambled along the prom before finding a nice spot on the beach near the Spa Theatre where Maeva actually sat on my lap for a small picnic, well a bag of crisps with cheese and crackers, we had a lovely time, I even got a cuddle and a kiss:) We then headed up the pram walk and through the town and were lucky enough to bump into Mag near Tesco’s. Then home for a cuppa and Maeva is quickley glued to Mags lap! What a top day and I actually walked nearly 5 miles and we are having Maeva again tomorrow :)
