23rd October 2021 Windsurfing: Rhosneigr Wind Direction: S Wind Stength: F7 gust F8 Surf / Sea State: Big waves Air Temperature: 12.5 Sea Temperature: 14.7 Weather: Sun and Cloud Max Speed: Distance Covered: Out an hour after high and some mast waves further out, short period so tough. Got three reasonable DLT in but so windy hard to control and waves a bit too powerful for me. In frequent gusts 3.7m would easily have been enough but in a few lulls 4.2m was just about enough. Had one long walk after getting caught in lull in surf. Outside some mast high and inside logo high, seemed more powerful than usual soft one. Some lovely turns on big outside swells. Enjoyed full on day. About 30 out on 3.7m to 4.2m - remarkable uniformity. |
