Took kite and wind kit. Bit shallow so 9m kite and pleased no longer prone to backstall after using longer knots on steering lines. Did one heel to toe turn, then fell in but pleased with first go. Wind picked up and windsurfers appeared so gave that a go as waves over sandbanks looked good
