Nice interval session in the Leri. Launched from estuary and paddled into the leri for:
10 min warm up
2x 8 mins hard with 2mins RBI
2x 4mins hard with 1 min RBI
2x 2mins hard with 1 min RBI
2x 1mins hard with 1 min RBI
Cool down.

Good hard work. A bit of a slog into the wind to get back to the van once back out into the estuar.
