12th June 2008 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: NNW Wind Stength: 20-25 knots Surf / Sea State: 1 foot surf Air Temperature: 16ºC Sea Temperature: 14ºC Weather: Sunny Max Speed: Distance Covered: Was supposed to be cycling tonight but the wind had been building all day and hit 25 knots by around 5pm so I decided to go windsurfing instead. Well powered on my 5.6m and Naish Hybrid Freewave for 90 minutes and had a really good full on session blasting about and jumping all the time. Dave and Sarah joined me at around 7pm but as they did the wind dropped off. I had a couple more runsbut could no longer hold my ground upwind and couldn;t be bothered to change up to a bigger board so called it a day. |
