Kite surfing: Dovey Estuary Wind Direction: SE Wind Stength: 23 knots + Surf / Sea State: waves Air Temperature: 19 Sea Temperature: warm Weather: Sunshine Max Speed: Fast Distance Covered: Loads
Drove down in the car for the day, got to the other side to find half the
Massif had defected back to the Ynyslas side. Got on the water and had an
epic sesh, started on the 13 but it got too gusty. Did an epic jump that
seemed never ending, ended up getting a good T bagging for that effort.
Downsized to the 11, awesome sailing. The lagoons and the waves made the
day, to end the sesh worked upwind up the estuary in amongst the boats in
Dovey (don't think I should off been there) then up the river arm to the
Ynyslas car park. Just to say hi to the Massif and have a cuppa at the
Talbot Inn (cheers for the cookies too Penny). Made it back just before the
wind died- awesome. Perfect day, but I won't be totally converted to the
darkside as the power is strong with the Borthy Massif.
