Started off at about 8:30 on the water, the wind was still there from the night before (it filled in at sunset - how upsetting?!) so i rigged the 6.5 and went blastingafter a bit came in to get the Max 2 Air. Shockingly made the first 3 gybes dry, then stated to get a little cocky, and dropped almost everything else. Never mind! Really enjoyable few hours before I tried to drive my shin through the mast whilst doing a fast dismount (OK, I fell off!) Barely able to sail I thought I had better come in.

Looking at everyone on the water made me OD on the pain killers to get back out there. Suitable numb, I stumbled on! Realised that the wind had picked up more so rigged the 5.75. Sailed until the hands could not take anymore, and almst crawled back to the van to de-rig

Wind continued to pick up for the evening. 4.0 were on the water at the end of the day. Shame I was too tired to join them, 7hrs on the water was enough though!
