Too windy forecast for Rhosneigr and local beach nuclear and offshore surprised to hear Andy and Roger saying West Shore OK. Good fun on 4.2m, though wish I'd brought smaller fin to calm board down in strong winds. Choppy at South end and hard to turn: fell in quite close to shore several times but shore dump not as bad as it looked so survived. Chop and waves coming and going as falling tide worked its way through underlying sandbanks, and generally as tide falls sea gets nicer particularly at South end. Five of us out and one kite doing big jumps. Wind gusty but OK.
