Missed a good session at Bradders cos too busy to turn up on hope as it didn't seem windy on the gauges. However a couple of pm's around 3 said get ur ...over here it's windy! Yeh arrive at near high tide loads out all planing and of course the mad rush in trying to rig my 9.3 North S type resulted in a disaster. I set the extn 18cm instead of 28! All the cams fell off and the removable cam nearly sunk in the river. Fitted the small 76 front wing instead of the large 84cm on the slingshot foil which means I never lifted as the wind died on launch! Second session av missed the wind turning up late. Great to see Bradders successful with loads of people in other hobbies enjoying the Mediterranean weather. Had a few chats with foilers who said they had a great hour! Next time. Boiled in my 3mm suit so had to jump in twice to cool down.
