A perfect session. I went out earlyish (once the tide had dropped enough) to try to avoid the rain. That part of the session wasn't successful as it was pouring by the time I got ont he water. It didn't matter though as I was perfectly powered up with my 5m sail and 85 ltr wave board. I was a little overpowered to start with but some more outhaul and downhaul sorted that out - although it was still pretty much on the edge out the back so some of my outer gybes were a little sketchy.

Lots of steep waves and some huge jumps. Some nice backside wave-riding on the way back in too and jumps off the backs of waves if I bore away.

Everything was just right so it all felt easy. Windsurfing can be a pretty frustrating sport at times but when everything is spot on you just can't beat it.
