Nice sea breeze sail at the Dip, 12.30 ish sunny and warm, with wind onshore ish. HHA gauge said 15kts and it was at times but for some reason even as tide coming in - I lost several groins reaching out on my 8.6 Gaastra Savage/146L JP. Planed easily out but struggled coming in, even though there was wind. Started beating both ways so no speed. Sea was nice and planed out through rivermouth to other side for the gybe. No one about although kiter came later. After an hour the wind was easing and tried to get back in vain and ended up ion kite zone for the walk of shame. Shame cos it would have been 5 stars for easy sailing. Hate the walk of shame so 4* Tried a new Multi-sport Mystic star Kite/Windsurf, Waist/seat harness for the second time. Great back support but the poxy hook does ride up time not allowing the race loading on the back leg. Think I need to design my own harness...
