15th May 2024 Hiking - Walking: Around Felixstowe Wind Direction: E Wind Stength: 9 Surf / Sea State: smooth Air Temperature: 17 Sea Temperature: Weather: Rain AM sun PM Max Speed: Distance Covered: 2.88 miles (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise) Wednesday 15th May - walk *** – Around Felixstowe – rain morning followed by sunny afternnoon. After having a rough night on Monday being sick and I am never sick I felt a little fragil yesterday so we only went for a short walk and I ordered a new pair of glasses after losing mine Aurora watching last Friday, top marks to al at Specseavers for a top job. Feeling much better I headed down to Felixstowe dock view point to take some reflective pics of our bright nnew umbrella in a puddle for the TV weather as the light rain fell:( We then had a visit from our sassy young Granddaughter, with Maeva now gonne and the sun out we had a long walk along Felixstowe all the way to Jacobs Ladders and lovely it was too, stopping for a chat with an old friend Roger. Then back view the town for a few things and home for a welcome cuppa:) Its nice to see the swifts back singing over the house! Photo Album here |
