A brilliant session with the plus of being a few of us out. The wind was nice and steady, could have been a bit more but it was good enough. Spent the first few runs trying to get used to the kite as it has a completely different feel to the FreeAirs. After a few handy tips from one of the guys, managed to get the feel for it and was no longer wipeing out in each turn.

With that sorted I decided that I couldn't be bothered with fighting the chop to stay upwind and decided to go for the fun bit. Wave carving isn't quite as simple as in surf, which I learnt after trying to carve the top of a small wave and being slingshoted over the next two because i forgot to bring the kite to closer to 12 o'clock.

Also managed to practice a few jumps. All this meant that I had a few walks up the beach but well worth it.
It was not a perfect session but perfection comes at a price ... usually the airfare to the Canary islands. But seeing we were in wales it gets a five.
