What a week getting all excited about a trip to Southend tomorrow - perfect tide too and the forecast wind has got less and less every day so not worth the 140 mile round trip, the £10 to park and the long walk with big kit so will have to make due with a bumpy day in Felixstowe !Then today went down to The Dip at 3 to check the wind and it was 12 mph onshore so went and got the gear and rigged big again - it would be great to get out on a board smaller than 380 and a sail smaller than 9.4 - perhaps one we will get some wind !!! Spent just over an hour beating and reaching the length of Felixstowe seafront at high water with not enough wind - okay but not brilliant but did manage to get home before the rain !
