Another brilliant day.

After sticking with the skiers for thr first few runs they got tired and sacked it so I headed over to Le Masse side of the valley. Hardly anybody was on the lifts so it was a case of pick your route down then straight back up. There was quite high winds at the top of the lifts but you were sheltered as you dropped down a couple of hundred metres.

The wind had drifted the snow into a 4 foot frozen powder wave near the top of the Enverses run and I was able to "surf" it for 200m before dropping into La Roche Noire (an unpisted black run).

It was a brilliant end to a holiday and I boarded till the last lift as it was my last day. I envy anyone heading out to the French Alps as it was snowing right up untill we left.
