This is practically as new. This is a great Instructional Kitsurfing dvd to teach anyone from the very basics of kite set up to frontloop and backloop rotations.
Mike smith uses 3 key points to complete each trick. The footage is 1 hour long with 3 different sound tracks 1. simple instructions by mike smith 2. more detail on tricks 3. a judges perspective on the tricks performed. With a combination of subtitles enforcing main points.

Really helped me to progress in the sport.
