Head South from Cardiff on the A4160 towards Penarth. The beach is to the East of Penarth and has the usual seaside town amenities and parking along the seafront. The high cliffs surrounding this beach mean that windsurfing and kitesurfing is only possible in NE winds which can provide good bump and jump conditions for intermediates.
