Tthere is a sailing club here in the mouth of the River Teifi and it is possible to windsurf in the estuary here at high tide. Gwbert also has a SW facing beach backed by cliffs where surfing kitesurfing and windsurfing are all possible.
To find it head west from Cardigan on the North side of the river, Gwbert is virtually a suburb of Cardigan. There is a large hotel that serves bar meals.
