A good session on the Pendam Trail. Sessioned Hippity Hop 3 times and then around the lake and did Drunken Druid twice and then High as a Kite twoce before heading back and doing Hippity Hop again.

Out with Dave, Martyn, Myles and Bernd.

Quite hard work sprinting down each of the downhills each time trying to go faster and then going as fast as possible back to the top. No need for lights and the rain stayed away too.
